These terms govern your use of thecamerastrap.com (operated as Camstrand, published by Animouf LLC, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) and any purchase you make. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in USD and include applicable product costs; shipping is free unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. An order is accepted when we send the payment confirmation, and until then we may decline it, for example if a model is out of stock.
Products
Products are provided "as is" for everyday consumer use. A Camstrand strap is a carrying accessory for a camera; it is not safety equipment and it is not intended to secure anything other than a camera body and lens. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Product information
We describe the straps from what our suppliers publish and from what buyers report. Where a figure is a supplier claim rather than our own measurement, we label it as such; the only load figures we publish are 6.6 lb (3 kg) and 22 lb (10 kg) for the cotton and leather range, and their origin is set out on our how we test page. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any camera manufacturer. Brand names such as Canon, Nikon, Sony and Fujifilm are used only to describe which bodies a strap physically fits, and they remain the property of their owners.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, the countries we ship to and the return conditions are set out in our shipping policy and our refund policy, which form part of these terms.
Content and reviews
Guides, product descriptions and photographs on this site belong to Camstrand and may not be reproduced without permission. Buyer reviews and buyer photographs shown on the reviews page remain the words and property of the people who wrote and took them, and are reproduced without alteration.
